Colombo’s quest

Colombo’s quest is the name of this virtual tour which is family-friendly, user-friendly and educational.

The younger visitors will no doubt enjoy these digital games (memory, quiz, coding games, puzzles…) which will give them all the necessary information to understand this symbolic building for modern architecture.

Modern architecture within everybody’s grasp, from the earlier age!

The game is available on your smartphone, for free and by connecting to a dedicated wifi network.

Booklets of games

Explore the Hill of Notre-Dame-du-Haut with your family using the booklet of games, available for free, at the reception desk of La Porterie.

There are three levels of games:
Mini Corbu for children aged 4 to 6 years old
Corbu en herbe for children aged 7 to 9 years old
Corbu en herbe for children over 10 years old

An accompanying booklet is also offered, containing all the solutions to the games.

Virtual Tour

During this virtual «discovery » and historical tour, fourteen themes will be dealt with: from the history of the hill of Bourlémont before 1944 (when the old chapel was bombed to ruins at the Liberation of Ronchamp) to Le Corbusier’s commission to the architectural design of the Chapel as well the the building of the monastery by Renzo Piano, etc…

The history of the site will have no secret for you thanks to digital technology!

The virtual tour is available on smartphones for free, by connecting to a dedicated wifi network.

Let the children’s imagination and creativity run free!

Let the children discover our new workshops designed for artists: a thoroughly enjoyable and educational way of getting acquainted with art and modern architecture!

A short guided tour adapted to children of the site of the Hill of Notre-Dame-du-Haut will be followed with practical work in the workshop.

Horrifying, dreadful…The Saint-Clare’s monastery has been robbed of its chalice during the night.

Will you be able to find where the robber has hidden the treasure before he comes to get it back?

A real adventure tour with the pleasure of being together and of discovering the cultural heritage.

Jean Winiger, an actor and a director of the play “Le Corbusier, un sacré rôle”, is the spitting image of Le Corbusier. He follows in the architect’s footsteps to visit the Chapel in an unusual way.

It is great fun and quite enjoyable to rediscover the place with your family thus.
